MasterAir AE 90 admixture is an air-entraining admixture that meets the requirements of ASTM C260, AASHTO M154, CRD-C13.
The following benefits can be realized with air entrainment of concrete:
- Increased resistance to damage from freezing and thawing.
- Increased resistance to scaling from deicing salts.
- Reduced permeability — increasing water-tight properties.
- Reduced segregation and bleeding.
- Improved plasticity and workability.
